As CEO of Nationwide Mortgage Company and Managing Director at Business Finance Group LLC, he operated at the intersection of capital, development, and market strategy.
He has sold over 20,000 residential units and managed commercial real estate across multiple sectors. He has worked with real estate loan portfolios exceeding $1.5 billion — a scale of experience that places him among the most experienced practitioners on the African continent.
Back home in Kenya, he became the CEO of the Kenya Professional Realtors Association and has lectured on real estate marketing and development at Strathmore University — bringing the rigour of his US experience to the rapidly growing East African property market.
